OutAdvisor is owned and run by members of our community, our reviews and ratings come from our community, and our site is here for our community in more ways than one.

In addition to providing this service free to the community, we also contribute 10% of our profits to gay/lesbian/bisexaul/transgendered charities and non-profit organizations within our community. For 2008, we plan to donate to the following community organizations: Food & Friends, Whitman-Walker Clinic, The Point Foundation, and GLAAD.

Feel Like Home

We have stayed at Gay St Pete House several times and find it one of the most relaxing places we've stayed. The rooms and the cottage are very comfortalbe and have everything you need to feel at home. The pool and hot tub are very inviting and relaxing, the cocntinental breakfast has a nice selection of food and the happy hour in the evening is a nice way to unwind and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Brian is a wonderful host and is very good about seeint tht your stay is very enjoyable. We will be staying at Gay St Pete House for many vacations when we come down te Florida. We Feel at Home

We have stayed at Gay St Pete House several times and enjoy it alot. We have stayed in the rooms and also the cottage and find all of them very comfortable and relaxing. The great pool and hot tub are wonderful, the continental breakfast has a nice selection to choose from and the happy hour each night lets you unwind and enjoy the beautiful Florida evenings. We have met some very nice people in our stays at Brian's and continues to stay intouch with some of them. Gay St Pete House is our favorite place in St Pete to stay and we look forward to staying there in all of our future vacations. Roy and Rod from Illinois

Great potential

Great potential but fail to deliver.

Extremely dirty room, bathroom and refrigerator. Filty to say the least.

There is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness.

I even had to sleep with my clothes on.

Left earlier as a result

Hieght of St. Pete!

If you want a place to relax and be yourself in a comfortable setting, this is the place! Its centrally located to GLBT shops and clubs as well as a few short minutes from the beaches.We had fun and plan to return! Gene & Brian

We enjoyed our stay at Gaystpete House. The pool is heated and big, the pool area is very tropical and great for sunning, and the hot tub was relaxing. Larry and I met some fun people while there and Brian was helpful with information about the area. We loved his dog Urban, and our dog Suzie got along well. Can't wait to come back when the Sauna is finished. We recommend highly

We had a nice time in St. Pete for my birthday in August. We plan on returning in September to enjoy Philip's birthday. Met some great people and sure we'll do the same on our return trip. Brian was there when we needed him and kept things relaxed and comfortable. We are looking forward to being there again.

Excellent guest house experience

When I first looked at the website, I was a bit skeptical. But when we arrived, I was impressed. It was a very quaint and enjoyable house. The location was perfect, the friendliness and casual atmosphere was just what we needed for our short break. Brian, with the help of Ricky, did a great job of making all the guests feel like family. I will definitely return. The breakfast was great. And the pool was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The owner was not unfriendly but didn't make us feel that welcome, we felt like we were invading his space. It was run down and dirty, needs lots of work to make it a nice place. Would never go back. The location was great and the pool was clean but the rest we a mess.....very unimpressed.

Warm and Friendly

A very very warm and comfortable place to stay in St Pete, Brian goes out of his way to make his guests feel at home. We\'ve stayed at Gay St Pete house twice and in March will be our third visit. We enjoy the pool, the hot tub and the very comfortable rooms. We\'ve found our favorite place to stay when we vacation in St Pete
