Why OutAdvisor?

OutAdvisor is the premiere reviews and ratings site for the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered communities. What makes us different? We've taken care to include only establishments that are either gay/lesbian/bisexaul/transgendered-owned or run, or that are known to be especially gay-friendly.

OutAdvisor is owned and run by members of our community, our reviews and ratings come from our community, and our site is here for our community in more ways than one.

In addition to providing this service free to the community, we also contribute 10% of our profits to gay/lesbian/bisexaul/transgendered charities and non-profit organizations within our community. For 2008, we plan to donate to the following community organizations: Food & Friends, Whitman-Walker Clinic, The Point Foundation, and GLAAD.

We're sorry if you are having trouble using our site! We use the latest Web 2.0 technology (AJAX) which is heavily based on JavaScript. Unfortunately, older browsers (such as AOL) will not work with our site. Most browsers released in the past few years (including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and many others) should work fine. If you are a registered user and still cannot add or edit your site, be sure that you have JavaScript turned on in your browser! The site will not work properly without JavaScript.
